End-User License Agreement

Khojdai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Platform or its content.

You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data; sublicense or transfer your rights under this agreement.

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by Khojdai and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "Khojdai" name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Khojdai.

You retain ownership of content you create and submit. By posting content, you grant Khojdai a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

We strive to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

This license is effective until terminated. Khojdai may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Khojdai disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
