Community Standards
Khojdai is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and trustworthy community. All users must treat others with respect and honesty. Discrimination, harassment, and hate speech of any kind are strictly prohibited.
We actively monitor listings and user behavior to identify and remove harmful content. Users who violate our community standards may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned.
Content Moderation
All listings are subject to review. Our moderation team uses a combination of automated tools and human review to detect prohibited content, including fraudulent listings, inappropriate images, and misleading descriptions.
If your listing is removed, you will receive a notification explaining the reason. You may appeal the decision through our support channel.
Account Security
We protect your account with email verification, secure password hashing (bcrypt), and encrypted sessions. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any available security features.
Never share your login credentials with anyone. Khojdai staff will never ask for your password.
Fraud Prevention
Be cautious of deals that seem too good to be true. Common scam indicators include: requests for upfront wire transfers, vague or copied listing descriptions, pressure to act quickly, and refusal to meet in person.
