Forgot Password
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your email.
Email Verification
Check your spam folder. You can request a new verification link from Settings → Profile.
Photo Upload Issues
Ensure photos are JPEG/PNG/WebP, under 5MB each. Max 8 photos per listing.
Listing Not Visible
Make sure your listing status is "Active." Deactivated listings are hidden from search.
Report a Problem
Use the report button on any listing or contact us directly at support@khojdai.com.
Delete Account
Go to Settings → Profile → Danger Zone. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
