By accessing or using Khojdai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting listings, you grant Khojdai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others. Khojdai reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

Users are prohibited from: posting false or misleading listings; engaging in fraud or scams; harassing or threatening other users; using the Platform for illegal activities; attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload the Platform; scraping or automated data collection without permission; creating multiple accounts for abusive purposes.

Khojdai is a marketplace platform that connects users. We are not a party to any transaction between users and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items or services.

Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other users. We strongly recommend meeting in public places and exercising caution when conducting transactions.

The Khojdai platform, including its design, logo, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Khojdai and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Content you have posted may be removed at our discretion.

Khojdai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
